Great value for money hotel in the centre of Troyes. Extremely friendly welcome from reception lady who was very helpful. Good size double rooms, nice bedding, great bathroom. Parking extra but only 7 EUR, breakfast 10.50 EUR - cold buffet, not a great selection but fresh warm good-quality croissants which were appreciated and nice coffee.

Of all the hotels that I have stayed in over the last month, this would have to be the worst. Solo traveller so got the noisiest and smallest room; basin in the bedroom. Manager said she had messaged me to advise me to book a car park. I never received the message, was the first at the hotel and all the French people got car parks. Their advertising is misleading. No assistance offered.

Great stay overall

Great little hotel in good location. Was offered a car EV space which I confirmed and responded to, but wasn't available on arrival. Was sorted out quickly though! Good secure parking area. Rooms lovely in the main building. Breakfast ok but wasn't worth it for my 6 year old, would be better to have children's rates as was quite expensive for us all considering it was continental options only. Beds really comfy, would suggest moving the twin beds into the other area as we weren't comfortable with my daughter being next to the front door while we were out of sight in the other room. Overall great stay, friendly staff and good sleep! Thanks
