The front desk ladies were wonderful and did everything they could to make sure our stay was great. Once checked in I went to the room the bed had been made but pillows had not been put on. I then went to the restroom -- floor had not really been swept, and shower products had not been put back into place. The toilet would not flush either. I went back to the front desk and let them know about the toilet. The sweet young lady tried calling someone for help. She finally asked if she could go take a look at the problem. She fixed the toilet (thank goodness). The hotel was totally booked. In fact, they over sold rooms and people showed up to not have rooms. So glad we checked in early. Bed slept great but housekeeping could use some help.

Our room was clean and comfortable. This was our second stay in a month's time, and we came back because our first experience was so good. The desk clerk, Trinity, was friendly and helpful.
