Vacations Close To Trout Haven Fishing Pond

This was not what we were expecting for a 3 day hotel stay. Pictures made it look much nicer then it was. Never was anyone at the front desk only one time when we requested towels and they brought 2....I showered and dried off and realized the towel was covered in stains! Along with the other one the gave us! Bummed we spent money to stay here and didn't get near what we thought it would be! The comforter/sheets also had some gross stains as well near bottom! Just a bummer unfortunately! 😒

The room was not clean. Just a horrible mess of a place. It was an emergency for me due to my flight cancellation and I had no other choice but to spend a night there.

This hotel was perfect! Everything was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful, and overall it was a great stay. I would highly recommend for couples, friend trips, or family looking for a place to stay in Colorado! Perfect view of the mountains too!!

Clean hotel stay there every time I visit my family

The room smelled musty and moldy. The layout was terrible. It was so cramped, we could barely move around. The air conditioning was not on so it was very hot and took all night to get it cooled off. There were holes in the sheets and they did not fit the bed. The closet was in the bathroom which is very strange and to top it off, the TV goes off at 9:00 pm for a reset? We waited several minutes but it did not go back on. We were told this when we checked in as if that is something normal. We were going to stay for 3 nights but we left after the first night and got a different hotel. We want a refund but of course, that seems to be difficult to navigate. Not a good experience.
