The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. The room was really clean and inviting. Will definitely come again. Also very convenient to walk to the store or to grab a bite to eat.

Disliked: Amenities
The room was large and the bed comfortable, but the property needs some upgrading.
Clean, quiet hotel near Bryce Canyon National Park
Our room was clean and fairly new. The location is near Bryce Canyon NP, which made it easy to get to the park. The breakfast was good, but not extensive - bagels and cereal mostly.
Spacious room, friendly staff, comfortable bed. It was nice to be able to open a window for some fresh air when so many places are hermetically sealed with air conditioning!
Breakfast was basic and some fresh fruit would have been welcome.
Friendly service, with simple breakfast included. Right next-door is an excellent restaurant that we highly recommend for family homemade cooking and great service.
We had friendly greeting when we got there by the helpful staff. Our room was clean and comfortable. They had a nice continental breakfast in the morning. the hotel might be a little older but our room was clean and we loved the chairs out on the deck as well. Price was much cheaper than staying at hotels in Bryce as well.
Beautiful natural surroundings. Simple but efficient lodging in tiny town. Close to Bryce Canyon National Park.
Breakfast is good but could start a bit earlier.
