Easy door code check in, the apartment was lovely, spotlessly clean and lovely and warm. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of cooking facilities. The bathroom has a heated floor, great shower and a good hairdryer, and a washing machine, everything we could need. I would definitely stay here again.

I was able to check-in earlier after a tiring long flight. Thank you to the lady staff whom also guided me on how to use the digital lock. Love the location, a minute walk to the bus-stop and the well-known Storgata street is walkable distance. It was a pleasant stay.

The room itself was excellent & location was perfect however the shower & bathroom has a drainage problem. The water will not drain. In fairness, I did not notify the property as I was only staying for 3 days. Otherwise really great stay

There was a stain on the bed sheet and the dish washer was still on with dishes inside. The wi-fi connection failed. Talked to the receptionist and they fixed the immediately. The communication was easy and response was quick. Location is great. It‘s located near Saunas, shops, bus stops and restaurants. The experience overall was ok.

Very conveniently located downtown on the waterfront but just an outside of the main hustle & bustle so very quiet. Everything you could want for basic necessities is very close by. Very walkable area.

Great room, good bed, nice bathroom. Nice TV but nothing to watch. Full apartment with stove, refrigerator, dishes, pots and pans, utensils, etc. Unusual keys and entry system - a bit confusing. Conveniently located near a bus stop or a short walk from attractions and meeting areas. Easy connection to airport via bus.
