All staff were friendly and helpful. Easy welcoming check in. A huge fresh selection at breakfast every morning from fresh fruit, yogurts, meats, cheeses, fish, cooked foods, bread, pastries, gluten free options, various coffees, teas, smoothies, juices and more. Room was very clean and comfortable and we had a lovely view from our 9th floor room. The airport bus stops right outside the hotel and is easy to book. Is located about a 10-15 minute walk to the centre. We ate at the hotel most nights food was delicious.

My stay here was amazing. This hotel is conveniently located just a couple of minutes away from stores and shops. There is a shuttle you can pay that takes you to and from the airport which was a great perk for those with a carry on. The lobby was very pleasant, the igloos on top of the property were beautiful and the view was amazing. In addition, the buffet breakfast is a must, very highly recommended. A huge variety of food for everyone. The only two things that I would say is a negative is the rooms are rather small and the twin beds are literally right next to each other with no space in between. My sheets were also changed everyday but the housekeepers did forget to empty the trash.

Clean, very comfortable bed, great shower although it soaks the room! (Hardly the end of the world). REALLY fantastic breakfast spread! No parking with the hotel, the Vervet parking is in a good location we paid 520NOK from 15:30 - 8:30 (worth factoring into your stay - no different to central parking in many cities.)

Superb hotel. Well located next to the bridge taking you over to the church. Within easy walking distance to everything. The hotel itself is superb. The decor and furnishings are to the highest standard. Breakfast was outstanding. There is parking next to the property, but this is payable.

5 star across all categories. Modern, clean and spacious room. Excellent breakfast as well as multiple food/drink options with late hours. Excellent views from the rooftop area as well as convenient Arctic Wellness spa center that is available to book for a decent price. Most of all, the customer service of all the staff was above and beyond. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone going to Tromso.

Amazing room with a stunning view of Tromsø, the city and the ocean. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the breakfast to go, as our flight departed before the regular breakfast hours. Thank you for everything. We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back!
