Lovely trip

Right in the centre of town, so close to everything you need, especially the public bus as well las the meeting points for all excursions. The hotel is very confortable too and quiet. Very good breakfast buffet and drink facilities available all day...and night!

We found the staff to be very friendly but had one experience that was very surprising. We noticed our room had no soap in the shower - only shampoo - so questioned the front desk at which time we were told they had none and hadn’t had any for a number of weeks. We were told we could go buy some at 7 Eleven which seemed very unusual.

Quality Hotel SAGA had a clean room, lots of outlets, rooms were a nice size, staff super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was free bountiful and delicious. Hotel was close to all tours and lots of restaurants. We had a fabulous stay!

Staff were helpful and friendly. Dulcie in restaurant was very helpful and efficient. Front counter staff directed us for the Airport bus, but it wasnt a puckup point. We only just made the plane by taking a taxi.

Clean, modern hotel in a central location. We stayed in a family room (2 singles pushed together plus a bunk), which was pretty tight but also standard for many cities in Europe. Hotel interior is lovely and buffet breakfast was excellent.
