We stayed at this beautiful hotel for a few nights. The staff could not have been more helpful or friendly, nothing was too much bother. Spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed, very comfortable bed, large room and lovely public areas. The evening meals and breakfast were delicious. The perfect place to ski as the main gondola is just a 2min walk away & there is plenty parking around the hotel. We hope to come back another time!!

Ma femme et moi sommes venus par curiosité chez Jan dans le but de nous rapprocher de la Via Ferrata du Saix. L'accueil y est remarquable, les chambres sont su calme, à l'image de Morgins, loin du tumulte de Châtel (et moins cher de surcroît malgré le fait d'être en Suisse). Quant au restaurant, il s'agit d'une adresse à ne pas manquer. La carte est réduite, gage certain de qualité des plats et des produits servis.

Chez Jan, ein Geheimtipp in Morgins

Sehr gemütliches, familiäres Hotel. Sehr sauber, gepflegt und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Sehr gute Lage direkt an der Gondelbahn, gemütliche Terrasse und Bar. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Bike- und Wandertouren im Sommer. Kleine, spezielle Essenskarte. Essen mit Hingabe hergerichtet und präsentiert, mit Zutaten aus dem eigenen Kräutergarten. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Unterkunft im Vorfeld des Swiss Peaks Marathon

Weilte im Voraus des Swiss Peaks Marathon, welcher von Morgins nach Le Bouveret führt, im Hotel Chez Jan. Der Start ist nur wenige Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt. Auch hat das Hotel die Frühstückszeiten deswegen vorverlegt. Toll! Somit bestand keine Eile. Auch das Frühstück gestaltete sich lecker. Und am Vorabend habe ich im hoteleigenen Restaurant noch das Abendessen eingenommen. Empfehle das Restaurant sehr gerne weiter. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das Hotelpersonal habe ich als sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit in Erinnerung. Habe den kurzen Aufenthalt vor Ort sehr genossen. Gerne wieder!
