The staff was friendly and helpful, a few items, our phone was not plugged in, we where not aware until a few days in when we needed to contact someone. Dead lights in room forgot to get changed when asked. Breakfast was good. We would stay again. Just a few disappointments for the length of stay.(4 night stay)

We stayed two nights a week apart in different rooms. First room was good, shower was good, bed comfortable, clean. Second night the flooring had a hole in it, the flooring was lose and curled up at the edges of the room, the shower was horrible, barely a trickle. The beds were still comfortable, and everything was clean, just not maintained. The pool is less that satisfactory, very small, shallow with the splash pad area not working and a huge slide that monopolies the rest of the space. Breakfast was decent both mornings. Over all it was okay, but we went for the pool for our kid, and she couldn't do much in the pool without risk of getting plowed into by anyone going down the slide. We won't be returning.

The room was clean. Pool was great. Found the $200 deposit a little excessive. They required a larger deposit since we were part of a hockey team. Oh well. Overall our stay was nice.

Pros: - slide, pool and pool area clean and lots of fun for the kids - room was clean - breakfast was generous and good Cons: - rules not enforced: young kids playing hockey (with sticks) in the halls at around 7 p.m. - noisy at night making it extremely difficult to sleep (screaming kids with parents in the hall making noise up to 10 p.m. even after TWO requests at the front desk for them to quiet down). - noisy fridge that made it impossible to sleep unless unplugged If you want to get a good night sleep before a competition, this is not the place to go.
