It was quiet and peaceful, the rooms had very very nice soundproofing, as my sister was very loud and my father in the hallway apparently heard nothing at all. Staff was very nice and helpful! Quite a small town, would recommend going if you have a chance, you can see the small town of shawinigan

Beds need replacement asap. You can't sleep 2 in them. You barely move and the whole bed moves. Very bad night sleep. Room was hot during whole night, and kept going back to 21degrees even if I selected 18-19 about 4 times during the night. At checkout, I complained about it, and clerk told me they control room teperature and I should olf called frontdesk??? Should of told me that when I checked in , or simply put a sticker on the thermostat to inform clients, or remove thermostats since its useless. Its kinda important information. Breakfast was ok, but took a good 15 minutes to bring back more eggs / sausages. They could monitor more closely the inventory. Not coming back

Older hotel but rooms were clean. We used the pull-out couch which wasn't great in terms of comfort. Also asked for pillows and an extra blanket for it and they said they didn't have any. So no pillows for the extra bed?? Very strange. Breakfast was decent with scrambled eggs and sausage as well as usual continental fare.

There was some sports teams... They were knocking on doors and talking loud in the hallways at 6:30 am... It snowed over night alot the plow truck just clean the middle of the parking lot pushing all the snow put big snow piles in front or behind are cars... The staff were helpful and awesome at helping remove snow and help push us out... But when you have a 10 hrs drive a head of you, and have to shovel and push cars get all wet and sweaty and tired before you start the drive it'sa not fun!

My mom has an disability, I asked them to be on the first floor because there is no elevator they told me they couldn't do that. My mother had to climb the stairs to the second floor. She's in a rolling chair and She's BPCO with oxygen.. .. I asked for a refund to go elsewhere cause i wanted my mom to have a good place for her he said no. I will never recommend someone to go there and I will never return!

service à la clientèle pourri: je suis venu avant 4h pm. On m'a dit que la règle est 4:00 pm pas avant (même si dans d'autres hotels, je rentre une à deux heures avant). j'ai fait un tour et resté dans ma voiture. à 15:30, je suis retourné. J'ai vu des clients servis avant 16:00. juste certains qui doivent subir le règlement. à 16:00, je me suis pointé à la reception. On m'a donné la clé. Surprise: la chambre n'est pas encore faite. on vient de la commencer. On m'a demandé d'attendre. J'ai remis les clés et j'ai quitté l'hotel pour me coucher ailleurs (la nuit est déjà payée à Expédia).
