It was quiet, but easy access to the sea and restaurants/bars. There is a ferry service into Fort de France and the golf is close by. The couple running the site were easy to contact and acted quickly on any questions we had.

I seldom write travel reviews...its not in my dna...however....this property is worthy of the 5 stars. It is a relatively new construct. Everything is modern, impeccibly clean and works! The complex is safe as it is gated not that we ever felt unsafe. The hub of Anse Mitan tourist area is an easy walk but this property is far enough away from the action to be quiet. You will only hear the forest sounds at night with the huge glass sliding door open to the patio. The managers Max and Vincian do an amazing job communication using whatsapp and email. Wifi is great, salt water pool is fantastic, apartment is fully furnished with appliances. Grocery store within 5 min drive. If u want a home base to explore Martinique this is it.

Excellent apartment for a family vacation

Lovely, brand new apartments just off Anse Mitan. We had a two bedroom and the beds were very comfortable (super firm), the kitchen was well equipped and the place was very clean. Nice pool. Good communications to arrive and depart. The shower is a standard French design (no door or curtain) but is angled badly and the bathroom floors gets soaked every time. But otherwise the place is pretty perfect. You definitely need a car - there is a beach close by but there are much nicer ones a short-ish drive away (Diamant, Grande Anse d’Arlet). You can walk to a few very good restaurants within a couple of minutes. There are a ton more in Pointe du Bout which is a 5 minute drive or a short walk away. Highly recommend staying here.

This property is fantastic. The apartment is fully equipped and the location is great…a short walk to restaurants and places to pick up food and other supplies. Beautiful and quiet swimming pool. We would definitely go back.

Domaine de l'Anse Mitan is a wonderful residence, ideally located within walking distance to the beach, easy access to Fort de France by shuttle boat, and plenty of restaurants. For those who like to do their own cooking, the area could probably use with more substantial convenience shopping, but a 15 minute boat trip to Fort de France with its vibrant food market is a great solution. The flat I stayed in was delightful, with quality equipment throughout. However the real strength of the residence is the super welcoming site manager, and his attention to detail, ensuring you feel at home from day one.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Ayant quelques problèmes de mobilité, j'ai beaucoup apprécié l'ascenseur... notre appartement étant au quatrième étage. L'appartement était propre, bien divisé et avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Nous avons aussi bien profité de la grande terrasse et de la superbe piscine. Tout était propre. Le personel était courtois, très professionnel et toujours disposé à nous aider ou conseillé. Ce fût un sejour très agréable et relaxant. Merci

Jättefin lägenhet med hög standard, skön säng, bra badrum och fin, stor balkong. Välutrustat kök och både disk- och tvättmaskin. Poolen var bra. Egen parkeringsplats. Lugnt. Nära till den lokala stranden och restauranger. Armband som nyckel till lägenheten var otroligt smidigt. Enda minus var hög deposition och krånglig inventering av alla inventarier.
