Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was a little firm and lotion in the bathroom would've been a nice amenity. The staff were always very attentive, helpful and friendly. Included breakfast and dinner made this stay an excellent value and food was tasty with much variety. The layout and greenery on the grounds give it a warm, welcoming and relaxing vibe. The compound is also quiet and this contributed to a relaxed atmosphere for vacationing

The actual resort was beautiful but other than the pool and beach, there was nothing else to do. The food was okay. This is not a great travel destination for Americans, unless fluent in French. The American was flying inverted, which made us stay at the resort and not travel outside. Overall, pretty resort and that is the only positive I can provide.

There was no wifi for the whole duration of our stay (1 week) and we kept being told that there was a problem with the Internet which was going to be sorted but it never was. I'd rather be told that there is no wifi provided at the property so that I can plan accordingly. Staff at the beach we found to be on the rude side. The property itself is lovely and clean and the beach is really nice.

The adult section of the property was very nice. I do wish there was staff that spoke a little more English it was sometimes difficult to understand. Although o used a translator i was still able to communicate. Staff was friendly and very attentive.

The property fails to inform their guests of everyday rules. And those rules are absurd. I could go on and on about how ridiculous they r. I have been in the hotel business for over 23 years and I can tell u. They don't know how to run a hotel. Food subpar. All buffets unless you upgrade, which we did. Then just ok. U cannot buy a drink at the bar and carry it to ur table. You cannot sit on the beach in the am on ur way to breakfast. The cash bar was subpar. No communication at all about turning on lights or air. Meaning we checked in and had to place a key into a slot to just turn on lights but we were not informed. I could go on forever!

This is a great hotel to stay at. My husband and I had a great time there. The only disappointment we had was in breakfast and lunch buffet. It was the same menue everyday and catered for one type of visitors.The cuisines should be versatile. Still a beautiful hotel.❤️

Beach was beautiful with all the starfish, ferry conveniently close if you need to go into town but don’t want to drive! Staff friendly with smiles ready to answer any questions you might have! Nice simple options with breakfast & dinner provided (drinks for dinner not included). As a solo traveller, felt safe and would definitely visit again. Thanks for a great week!!

What I liked most, it literally the quaintest little bungalows on the most lush grounds ,manicured to the tee. Breakfast and Dinner were include in the price and I felt is was very reasonable for the total cost of the resort. Not many options for pescataruian/vegan diet but the other people seemed to enjoy the meals and entertainment. It was a relative older crowd , not many young people.

We stayed in the Grand Kay building. Room spacious, the walls badly need fresh paint and the matress was worn-out. Nice tropical landscaping throughout the property but the poorly insulated balcony door did not keep the resident moskytoes outside. The half-board was OK but nothing spectacular, dinner started at 7pm which was a bit too late to our taste. Beach OK with quite a lot of seagrass in water. Excellent location for the ferry to the capital. Staff very friendly.

We enjoyed our stay from day 1. We felt welcomed. The food had many options. The buffet changed every dinner. A big shoutout to the staff, they made the difference. Très bel hôtel, le jardin est magnifique mais Les bungalows sont un peu vieillots, par contre, la restauration est déplorable, vous mangez du riz à toutes les sauces et ce n est pas assez varié, et en plus ne demandez rien car c est un refus catégorique !!! Vous êtes dirigés comme des enfants , n essayez pas de passer par un raccourcis car vous allez vous faire éjecter ! En conclusion, j’ai adoré le jardin et les colibris mais j’ai détesté le restaurant , a refaire je réserverais uniquement le logement. l’hôtel est très bien situé.
