The staff is nice. I expected better beds from a 4* hotel. I guess that's subjective though. I spent one night awake because a guest kept snoring through the walls and that soured my experience a lot. The breakfast aisle is pretty damn good. They even have honeycombs. But yeah, can't bring myself to give it more than 3* overall. My bed is much more comfortable.
