Tip: try to get a room facing the Adriatic sea. The views are amazing, especially of the sunsets. Pro tip: if your budget allows, definitely try to get the presidential suite. There is more than one. The staff could not be more friendly or attentive. Amenities are amazing. The Atrium library is not to be missed. Best hotel I ever stayed at!

The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. I can’t think of one negative thing! The service to transport large suitcases to the port was a definite plus. Our suitcases were delivered to our staterooms before we even were allowed to go to our staterooms. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We weren't happy with 1st 2 rooms we were assigned because of 1) view of rusty staircase out window and 2) smell of room. They upgraded us to a larger. more remodeled room with partial view and small balcony for no extra charge. All common areas were clean and elegant. Breakfast was an expensive add-on so we chose to eat off-site in wonderful restaurant in main piazza. Room amenities were very good... Coffee, magnifying mirror, robes & slippers. Bell staff was exceptional.
