I arrived in the evening to a door that would not open and proceeded to spend 20 minutes unsuccessfully trying to get in the apartment. I finally went downstairs to locate an emergency contact number. Every subsequent time I would try to enter the apartment, it was a 5 minute struggle with the door. I am certainly not the first or only person with this issue yet the host had not properly prepared to include instructions and contingencies in their arrival information. When you arrive at the end of a long day there should not be difficulty getting inside of the apartment.
