A couple of nights in Trieste

Just across the square from the station, and a short walk to the centre, this hotel is relatively new and in good condition, clean and well maintained. The staff are helpful, and speak excellent English.

Budget accomodation near train station

The location was great for the train station although and about a 10 minute walk to the grand canal. The rooms weren’t all that clean and the tv couldn’t be streamed to although it gave that option. The staff weee very helpful and polite.

Nice stay in Trieste. Small but fully adequate room. Helpful staff. The hotel is close to the railiway station and bus services which is good friom many practical aspects. However, there are as with all stations a certain amount of hang-arounds and bums that are not so pleasant, even if they seemed full of gheir own businesses and did not adress us.

Well located hotel

Great location 2 mins from the station, large room with good air conditioning and friendly staff. Rooms comfortable enough and of a decent mid range standard. Excellent ice cream shop (Zampolli) just round the corner, not to be missed!
