The WoodSpring in Kennewick is clean and very well maintained. We have stayed in other hotels in the area but they have not been nearly as nice as this for the price.

The property was clean and centrally located. Kitchenette was a bonus but really needed a coffee pot of some kind. I was also surprised there was no blanket on the bed except a sheet and a sheet like cover…. I was provided a blanket at the front desk when I asked for one. Lastly, no hair dryer either. I don’t know if it’s because it’s an extended stay type hotel but it would have been nice to have as I feel it’s pretty standard in most hotels.

My family’s stay here has been brief and it is our first time staying in this motel but it’s been excellent. Very homey and pet friendly. The staff & other guest are nice & friendly. Staff is very helpful.

Charged $40 to check in 1 hour early. Room was big but bathroom floor dirty. Shower head water pressure was poor and water not flowing well due to minerals stuck in head. Slept terribly. Bed had a duvet cover and a sheet but the duvet was empty. My feet were frozen all night. Felt like I had 2 sheets on. Plus the whole hotel echoed. There was no sound proofing. Heard people go up and down the stairs, on the elevator, drop stuff, walk across the floor. Not a comfortable stay at all. To top it off- the coffee machine was out of order. They had a coffee urn set up but was not in the mood to attempt bad coffee. Will never stay here again!!!!

We were charged for 3 nights in total even though we only stayed for one - after contacting Expedia with no response. I've stayed here multiple times. The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable, especially for long stays. Bring your own blankets. Also, if you're traveling with dogs, please keep them from barking relentlessly in the hall.

Woodspring suites have a high security features which will appeal to someone traveling solo. The rooms also have a kitchen in each which is nice for long term stay. I saw lots of pets so pets are aok. The only complaint I had was that the night stand was dirty from something someone had on it but I cleaned that up myself. However it was a very pleasant 1 night stay and the prices there are excellent!!

Had to get fresh towels only between 5 and 8....it was not always available to us. No coffee machine in the room....bed was very comfortable...room was very, very clean...we has emergency at home and left one day early and they would not refund our money.

Checked in because i am here for work for a month . my first day i met Shawna the manager she gave me a tour . she is amazing . I also locked my key in room after goods . The night staff i can’t think of her name but she came and helped me within a few minutes . very sweet great attitudes . The place is in a great location ,clean ,safe and exactly what you need traveling on business . ThNk God i found this place . Thanks to Shawna and the rest of the staff !

Decent room. No coffee maker, no hair dryer. Train went by at 1:30 am and woke me up. Person above me never stopped banging things and stomping back and forth... literally all evening and from 2:30am on. Will not stay here again. Disappointed.

It was a lot more modern and cleaner than I thought. The difference is that there are options for long term stays at this hotel so they cater to slightly different clientele. It isn’t manned 24/7 like other regular hotels. It is in what seems to be a safe area as far as riff raff that are so prominent in every city recently
