There were some problems with my first room and a second room was provided cheerfully and promptly. The location was perfect for my small dog and I. The green space between the hotel and the river was well maintained and the proximity to the River walk was very nice.

The room was clean, the sheets were super soft and the pillows were perfectly fluffed. However, the bathtub was dated and getting into it, it felt as though it could fall through the floor. Outside of that everything was perfect.

The lobby area is wonderful and the amenities are great. The cleanliness of the back of the property is lacking. Trash on the ground the entire time we were there. Our bathtub didn’t drain properly and we notified them upon check out. Location is great.

good room for the value, you get what you pay for, not a luxury hotel or anything. SUPER dog friendly with a great dog area and direct access to the river trail which is super fun for morning/evening walks. I'm just here for work and sleep so it was perfect. Pool looked fun. dogs give 5 stars.

Staff were great. Breakfast was good. Great location for us. The bunk beds are VERY squeaky. And the jacuzzi was only lukewarm and the water wasn’t clear, but the pool was terrific. Overall we had a nice stay.

Our room 122 smelled so badly of cigarettes. The bathroom door didnt latch and there were crumbs and garbage in the floor. We stayed here for the pool which was awesome, best part of the hotel. Breakfast was diassapointing. My friend stayed in a different room and her toilet leaked consistently.

Super cute hotel with nice pool and clean rooms. The breakfast was ok and super crowded. They have bikes to rent, however, we were unable to rent them because they couldn’t find the air pump and all the tires were flat, so that was a bummer. Luckily there was a vendor that rented bikes along the river path…

Check in friendly. Interior lobby was well maintained. Our pet room smelled heavily of dog urine which was unpleasant. Comfy beds but pillows are the flat type and weren't conducive to restful sleep. Combined with the intrusive odor, sleep was mediocre. We were in room #170. Breakfast consisted of reconstituted eggs (if you like that sort of thing), turkey sausage, fruit yogurt, sliced bread, english muffins, waffles, coffee and juice. Kitchen staff was very friendly (best part of breakfast). It's built close to the river and has a beautiful paved walking/bike path behind the property which we and the doggo enjoyed as well as benches along the path for taking in the view and birds. The pool area looked quite nice although didn't use it.

Hotel is very old but has been updated (to the extent it can be). Rooms are very small. There was trash on the ground and stairs going to our room. Other than that, I gotta say, for one night, it was fine. Room was clean and king size bed was very comfortable. Heating/cooling was very good. Lots of towels were provided. We stayed in a room facing the river.
