They have bikes to rent, however, we were unable to rent them because they couldn’t find the air pump and all the tires were flat, so that was a bummer. The Riverfront is an exceptional value. The rims are clean and spacious. We took the site, which was bigger than most 1br apartments, and included a huge soaking tub that is plenty big for two people. It had enough amenities that one could happily stay there for an extended period. It was pouring when we were there, so didn't get to use the pool, but it and the hot tub looked pleasant and clean.

Average stay rooms were a bit dated. When checking in had to pay an additional $7.50 a night for a service fee of which they could not explain. Nothing really to negative or positive just pretty much average. Not sure I would stay there again however. As for the breakfast, the eggs were fine. The sausage appeared to be steamed as they had no color whatsoever other then grey. Waffles were good. Good enough to eat and get something in your system, but that is about it. Staff and custodial services were polite. The heating and air-conditioning or more than efficient for the size of the room. No problems there.

The hotel beds were very comfortable, but there was little sound proofing. Our room looked over the parking lot. We were disappointed to find the restaurant (predominately displayed in the photos) permanently closed. The breakfast was in a room with cement floors and was very noisy. Three out of four gates to the pool were not working. The best part was the location, with a lovely river walk and close to the park.

The staff were all great. The breakfast was nice. I have just a couple of suggestions. The stairwells were a bit dark, especially at night or when coming in out of the bright sun in the daytime. For safety, couldn’t they be better illuminated?Also, the alarm clock in our room was defective. We did not plan to use it, but we noted that the alarm was switched off. Nonetheless, the alarm sounded at midnight on our first night there. Just to be safe, I set the alarm for 3 PM and made sure the alarm was still switched off. When we got back on our second day, the alarm was blaring. I notified the staff and they said they would take care of it. i’m sure that’s a one off problem. Location was great and we really enjoyed being able to borrow bicycles to ride down the riverfront path for a couple hours.
