Shower had hair in it. Sheets smelled musty. Carpets in room weren’t vacuumed. Hallway carpets were stained. Curtains in room were dirty. But the staff were so lovely!!!!

Nice room & good location. Hotel needs some updates including ADA issues. There are no hand rails on the stairs for entrance 3. At least 2 of the key card access readers were not functioning… @ entryway 3 from courtyard and the main pool entrance, which is another ADA issue.

Loved that the property was on the river and had a very beautiful walking trail. Property is a little old and needs some upkeep. Property does not let check in early and would not let us take the continental breakfast to our room. Staff was fairly unpleasant especially the front desk clerk had 2 interactions with her and neither were enjoyable.
