Very nice clean comfortable room. We got in late, left early- so did not use amenities. Breakfast is not included. All luggage carts had flat wheels- which made winding on carpeted hallway to room very difficult. No staff available to help.

Yes the room was nice, very clean but the water pressure in the shower was very poor. The staff was very friendly. We had never been to this resort before and it was very difficult to figure out where the entry for the hotel was. There are several buildings there and it was dark, so dark you could not see the front door for drop off and even later walking in that night, the path way was completely dark.
