O hotel sem sombra de dúvidas é a melhor e mais completa opção em Três Lagoas, é a segunda vez que me hospedo nele e não decepciona. O quarto é amplo, cama confortável, chuveiro maravilhoso, café da manhã muito bom também. O problema é que ampliaram a estrutura do hotel, e há quartos que ficam muito distantes da recepção, pra quem está com mala e sem carro tem que andar com malas até as instalações, e uma das partes não tem cobertura, com chuva se torna desagradável. Como minha estadia foi somente de 1 noite e a mala era pequena, não houve problema, mas se for pra mais dias e com mais malas, sujiro que o hotel tenha pessoas para ajudar a carregar até o quarto. Sobre o restaurante do hotel, é maravilhoso e o atendimento da Mariane foi excepcional. Sempre escolherei essa opção em Três Lagoas!

Estávamos voltando de Bonito para MG em viagem com nossas motos e tivemos a felicidade de reservar esse hotel o que foi uma grande felicidade pois precisávamos de um lugar para coroar uma viagem inesquecível e nos surpreendemos com sofisticação, a qualidade, o conforto, o bar, os colaboradores, ... tudo. O café da manha é sensacional e nem precisa almoçar. A Clotilde um grande abraço e ela quem fez com muita atenção e profissionalismo no nosso check inn , ao proprietário parabéns ainda mais ao sabermos que também é motociclista e a sua Ultra estava estacionada muito elegantemente na entrada do hotel. Chegando ao hotel, a atendente era super simpática. Ao chegar ao quarto fui decepcionada, tinha um cheiro forte, e tive a sensação que o chão grudava em alguns lugares. E ao realizar o checkout por outro atendente, foi questionada por ter pago um valor mais barato pelo aplicativo, sendo que o mesmo quarto para quem liga no hotel tem valor de 500 reais.

Os móveis estavam empoeirados e o box do banheiro desnivelado, não fechava. Se forçasse fecha-lo poderia escapar e isso causaria uma catástrofe e alguém poderia sair bem machucado. Isto é sério, providenciem seu concerto para que isso não ocorra.

Sugestão para acomodação para idosos

Por estar acompanhando minha mãe, idosa de 86 anos, notei que ela teve certa dificuldade ao acionar o botão de descarga. Idosos perdem a força nas mãos e nos dedos. Assim, penso ser de interesse do hotel adaptar novos dispositivos de acionamento para atender a essa faixa etária.
