One of the nicest hotel we have stayed in on our trip to Europe. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. The restaurant and staff are wonderful. You can easily go to the old city using the bus which is for free with the Trentino card and some of the museums are discounted.

部屋は、受付のある建物とは別棟にあり、バルコニー付きで、周りの山が見渡せて、すがすがしい朝の空気が楽しめました。部屋は清潔に保たれており、スタッフの対応もよく、快適でした。予想はしていましたが、パジャマの用意はありませんでした。文化の違いのなのでこれもよい体験ではありますが、日本人にはパジャマが用意されていると便利だと感じます。トレント市街からは少し離れていますので、環境は非常によいのですが、移動には車があった方が便利です。レンタカーを借りてドロミテを回ろうという人にはよいかも知れません。私たちは、トレント市街まで歩いて行きましたが、1時間程度の散歩で、これもまた楽しい思い出です。

Super godt hotel

Fantastisk hotel. Vi havde et enkelt stopover på vej hjem fra ferien. Vi fik et dejligt værelse med spa på vores altan og udsigt ud til smukke bjergtoppe. Værelset var stort, der var minibar og der var stillet frisk frugt frem til os. Sengen var meget behagelig. Dejlig bar og restaurant med rigtig god mad. Morgenbuffeten var overdådig. Det allerbedste var dog den utrolige betjening vi fik af alle hotellets ansatte. De var alle utroligt imødekommende og hjælpsomme. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen.

Fantastiskt fint hotell med mycket bra service för både oss och vår hund. Det var mycket varmt ute (>35C) och tyvärr var det lite svårt för AC:n att få ner temperaturen inne, men det var ändå ett mindre problem. Helhetsintrycket blir ändå väldigt positivt. Förutom uppgradering av rum och mycket bra service så fick vi också en avskedsgåva i form av marmelad från lokal producent

We always love staying at Villa Madruzzo — the staff is super kind and helpful at check-in and throughout our stay. The spa is clean and well-staffed, quiet and relaxing. Dinner seems to get better each time, excellent quality and portions. The ambiance is fantastic— just minutes from town and you feel lost in lovely gardens surrounded by beautiful trees and expansive views. Don’t miss staying at this comfortable and historic villa!
