Air conditioning did not work, and staff lied to us about the property being full and not being able to change rooms. It was only after I pushed that they found us a room that was slightly cooler. But still 24 celcius overnight. Would not recommend.

The location of this hotel was fabulous. It was within walking distance of the train station. The staff was friendly and helpful in identifying local destinations for coffee, food, and happy hour. Within two blocks of the hotel there was a grocery store in multiple shops. The location of the hotel made it very convenient to walk to restaurants shopping and sites.

Mi estancia en el Grand Hotel de Trento fue, en general, agradable. La ubicación es uno de sus mayores aciertos: está muy cerca de la estación de tren, aunque no de forma inmediata, ya que es necesario atravesar un parque para llegar. Al mismo tiempo, se encuentra a pocos pasos del centro histórico y de los principales puntos de interés de la ciudad, lo cual resulta muy conveniente. El hotel es grande y con alta afluencia de huéspedes —como su propio nombre lo sugiere—, por lo que si se busca una experiencia más íntima o personalizada, quizás no sea la mejor opción. La habitación es de tamaño adecuado. El baño conserva un estilo antiguo, pero es cómodo y limpio. Sin embargo, tanto los pasillos como las alfombras muestran signos de desgaste, y el mobiliario de la habitación podría beneficiarse de mantenimiento. El sistema de iluminación resulta poco práctico, y hay escasez de enchufes disponibles, lo que obliga a desconectar lámparas para poder cargar dispositivos. El desayuno es correcto: suficiente, aunque sin destacar especialmente en sabor o variedad. Eso sí, incluye carnes frías de buena calidad y una selección aceptable de quesos. Un punto muy positivo es la atención del personal de recepción, quienes fueron en todo momento amables y atentos. En conclusión, es un hotel cómodo, bien ubicado y funcional, ideal para estancias prácticas, aunque con áreas claras de mejora en instalaciones y modernización.

This property was in the heart of the beautiful city of Trento. What a gem Trento is. We walked everywhere and toured the castle. The views from the top of the castle were fantastic. Everything was very close to the hotel.
