“Apartment is beautiful. However you have no privacy in the living room area as you can see from outside the windows in and here in lake como there are many more apartments around that are higher than this one or about the same height and can see in. Also had LOTS of trouble with check in as the host DOES NOT want to answer anything and only directs you to a link with drop down arrows where there is paragraphs explaining things. “Our family of 3 had a great time staying at the property. The only issue was the Wi-Fi, it was very weak and dropped constantly. Besides that, other things were nice. It’s close to water taxi, as well as ferry to Bellagio/Verrana (10 mins walk to your left), ferry to Como & bus are few step on the right. Would stay here again. ”

“The property itself was nice with a solid view of the lake. I had thought the property was on the lake side, but it’s actually across the street. Nevertheless, the views of the lake were still good. The unit was a more modern unit with good AC, plenty of space and multiple balconies. “We have just finished the most wonderful stay here. From the communications we received as soon as we booked, to the fantastic Apartment and the help we received when we asked. This apartment is brilliant. Really clean, great size, has all the amenities you need. And then you look out across a view that is just magnificent. One of the best places we have stayed at.
