Delightful elderly couple, very accomodating, very dated everything but our room and bathroom quite clean, their living quarters are very neglected, adequate budget stay for or weekend trip to Guedellon

Une fois la réservation effectuée, le loueur m'a envoyé un SMS en me demandant si j'avais vu les commentaires négatif. Ensuite il a voulu m'a pitoyer en me disant que lui et sa femme ils étaient malade et qu'ils voulait arrêter les locations de chambre. Je trouve la démarche honteuse. De plus la chambre n'était pas au top, je ne parle pas de la salle de bain.

A la limite de l’insalubrité !

Sur les photos l’établissement a l’air un peu « vieillot » mais il est à la limite de l’inacceptable - odeur nauséabonde au Rez de chaussée et frigo noir de moisi. Au premier étage, certes les draps sont propres mais tout est poussiéreux, une cabine de douche à le carrelage qui se décolle et la maison a des fissures qui font que la porte de l’autre salle de bain ne ferme plus ! Je ne sais pas comment Hotels.com accepte encore un tel établissement sur la plateforme !

Taudis insalubre

Je pense que des services d'hygiène devraient venir fermés cette "établissement". Je devrait dire ce taudis. Tout est à revoir, l'état de la cuisine dans la quelle ils prétendent faire un petit déjeuner maison, croissant du commerces emballés en emballage individuel et jus de fruit premier prix, tout ça servi dans une vaisselle sale. Cuisine insalubre encrassée du sol au plafond. Salle de bain qui n'a de propre que l'odeur du produit qui a du être mis pour prétendre à un ménage avec une porte plus petite que l'encadrement et qui ce partage avec les autre locataires. Merci pour l'intimitée ! Les peintures qui cachent des fissures misent à la truelle par dessus la tapisserie et le scotch qui cache des fissures ou même des "poster quand le trou est trop gros. La chambre et son matelas mou posé sur un sommier qui menace de craquer tout ca poser sur un sol qui un jour finira ça vie dans la pièce du bas et s'il etait propre ca passerait encore. Non. Tout ceci me laisse un gout amère de mon passage dans la region pour visiter le château de guedelon qui était lui bien plus propre que cette maison. Je vais manquez de caractères mais il en a encore beaucouo a dire, mais s'il vous plaît ne louez pas de chambre ici sauf si vous voulez faire une blague à des amis. Blague qui vous fera perdre vos amis.

Vue sur ruine. Au delà de l'hygiène antédiluvienne, je m'interroge encore sur la motivation qu'ont certaines cloisons à tenir encore debout.Une qualité de finition au scotch encore jamais atteinte à ce jour. Un alignement des finitions qui peut provoquer des troubles de l'oreille interne et des vertiges. Odorat sensible, s'abstenir. Préférez encore les geôles du château voisin. Propriétaires très accueillants.

Si vous chercher le dernier cri en matière de confort et d'équipements, passez votre chemin, ce lieu n'est pas pour vous. Mais si vous êtes sensible à la qualité humaine d'un accueil, de gens humbles et simples, mais qui se plierons en quatre pour vous être agréable. Si vous aimez bavarder et rencontrer des "vrais" gens qui vous accueille dans leur maison, alors vous êtes au bon endroit.
