“The property was fairly easy to find, with off-street parking. It was impeccably clean and tidy. The host (living next door) was friendly but not intrusive.”

“The Annex was a peaceful location with views across the hills. It’s a convenient location for the Eden Project and the beaches around St Austell. The annex is a good base and has a home from home feel. John the host is very friendly and welcoming.”

“Beautiful cottage in the centre of Portscatho. Very spacious, family friendly and perfect for a half term holiday”

“We had a fantastic stay at Miners Cottage for one night while attending the Eden Sessions. It was absolutely perfect for the four of us. Communication with our hosts was excellent from start to finish, making everything easy and stress-free. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here...

“Delightfully peaceful spot, spectacular views from the garden. Very comfortable space, well organised, immaculately clean, and a great mattress for my bad back! 10 mins walk through a wood to the beach. Another time I'd leave the car hire, bring my ebike instead, and walk to the local village for provisions.”
