Besides this hotel having awesome service, clean rooms, good breakfast, comfortable accommodations and a great location for us. It has the BEST coffee, by far of any hotels, bare none!! We would definitely not hesitate to stay here again.

We stay here yearly in December and are always beyond pleased with our stay. Property is clean, quiet, every staff member is friendly and accommodating. Pet friendly. Pool area open to adults 24/7. Breakfast is always fully stocked. Short drive into town. Always pleased with our stay. These days it’s hard to find a nice hotel that doesn’t break the bank. This one is always our first choice for our stay in Traverse City.

Steven who took care of the breakfast area was on top of everything, food was great, clean and kept people moving and taken care of. Kenny at the front desk was great with trying to work out our room go the second night .

Clean, friendly to our dogs, a differentiator was 24 hour pool instead of typical 10 pm close, and 24 hour coffee and juice was a nice vibe. Breakfast was very good compared to other hotels, and staff person very attentive. Lobby was lovely, again, compared to "normal" hotels of this type. And price was reasonable. I would stay again.

Sleep Inn & Suites Bay View - We enjoyed our stay. Staff were friendly and the room was CLEAN. Pool hours were great - the pool is open later than most.
