The location is absolutely amazing, with a stunning lake view right in front of you. Even if there were any minor issues with the stay, the kindness and friendliness of the staff made all complaints fade away. Breakfast was a bit disappointing since the menu was the same two days in a row. However, the unlimited cookies and coffee were a real highlight and truly wonderful. Thanks to that, we’re leaving with sweet memories. We’re already looking forward to coming back in the summer!

Laura, the lady that takes care of the breakfast was very friendly and made everyone feel welcome. . Outside hot tub jets did not work. Inside hot tub had overflowed into the pool on Wednesday night and was too hot to get into it. That had it fixed later Thursday nite. I also was told by a person at the front that when you don’t book with the hotel direct you don’t get as nice of a room.The hotel did offer us a nicer room for a extra fee. There were a lot of vacant rooms the 3 days we were there.

Had a lovely time, would stay here again. Complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate 24/7. Hot breakfast every morning. Nice large pool with a roomy hot tub. Even a little arcade room with some pinball machines. I felt like the room itself felt larger than other hotels I have stayed in. We came in late November, so didnt use the beach amenities, but a lovely stay to rest for a few days.
