Property was great, extra amenities were a nice touch, such as ear plugs and sleep spray. Room was spacious for 3 of us and bathroom was a great size. No parking lot on property but had no problems finding a spot on the road right outside the hotel. Lots of pubs and restaurants close by.

What a fantastic stay. Centrally located in town. The front desk lady was lovely and always cheerful and full of ideas. The room was clean and bright. Wonderful to have a walk-in shower and Barry’s tea. We would definitely stay again. No parking but our front desk lady was helpful on where to park and the cost.

Very wonderful location and beautiful hotel. The card key access locations straight off the elevator (also card key access) felt secure but a little inconvenient. The room was clean, the beds were some of the comfiest I've slept in, and the AC worked well. Great stay.

It’s a brand new hotel, a renovation of an older building, with a nice pub/restaurant downstairs. The live music late in the evening right below me wasn’t too obtrusive, but you might request a second or third floor room if you’re a light sleeper.

Very very clean and lovely hotel with a lovely breakfast as well. Absolutely amazing price, this was the nicest place I stayed in Ireland and it was one of the most affordable too. All the staff were absolute sweethearts. Would highly recommend!

Where to stay in Tralee

The hotel was modern and chic. The lighting was brilliant, the beds super comfy and the heating/AC was very quiet in operation. There were both coffee and tea making facilities and no shortage of USB power supply outlets. Excellent staff at reception.

We lived this small (26 rooms?) hotel with 2 restaurants and pub attached. Steps away from several other pubs and restaurants and shopping district. East in and out of Tralee. Grand view of the main avenue of the city and mist shrouded mtns in the distance. Wonderful staff.

The staff were amazing, super helpful and gave fantastic tips for things to see in the are. The motel is beautiful, the room was pristine and the bed was SO comfortable. Myself and my traveling companions loved our stay and didn’t want to leave! Would absolutely stay here again!

While we were staying here, the hotel had a private party with a live band on the ground floor. The party went into the wee hours, and it was right below our room. It sounded like the band was in the room with us. We heard and felt every vocal, every drum beat, every guitar riff. Those rooms should have been blocked off so that no one would have to experience that. It was miserable. We asked for a room change, but the hotel was booked, so we were stuck with it. The staff was polite and apologetic, but this was a huge management failure. No one should be stuck in a room where they cannot possibly be expected to sleep.

The room could have used an update. There was an obvious burn mark on carpet from an apparent curling iron from a previous guest. The fold out sofa was tired and well worn. I would not have slept on it. Also, the sofa was placed in from of the radiator/heat source. I think this could be a fire hazard. May want to rethink the furniture placement. The toilet would intermittently run. Staff alerted to toilet issue at check out.

Great location but not sure i would stay again

I am more used to having a manned reception. There was only 1 person and unfortunately although they were very good, they had other things to do too. This meant there was no one there to assist. I was assigned the wrong room and was put in what's called a pod room. In fairness they offered to change it but i had settled in already and felt it shouldn't have happened in the first place. Looked for an ironing board which the receptionist brought to my room. Plug was broke and i got a shock off the plug.

Unfreundlich

Der Empfang im Hotel war leider sehr unfreundlich, was den ersten Eindruck deutlich getrübt hat. Unser Zimmer war sehr klein, jedoch sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Das Hotel ist noch ganz neu, was man an der modernen Ausstattung merkt. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Nähe, allerdings nicht direkt am Hotel. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die TV-Auswahl – inklusive Netflix – was wir als angenehm empfunden haben. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt und können es daher nicht beurteilen. Insgesamt ein funktionales Hotel, das seinen Zweck erfüllt, für uns aber aufgrund der Freundlichkeit beim Empfang und der sehr kleinen Zimmer nicht die erste Wahl wäre.
