Really Nice people. Beautiful view of Hagia Sofia, and the Black Sea. Great location. Parking is only if you can find it! Beds are hard. Room is small.

I had a beautiful room on a corner so I got lots of natural light. Wasn’t sure how to request to have my room made up but it was okay because I was only there for two nights. Location was a little far away from the Meydan. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Vastly over priced for what you get

I was looking at the boxes for this review and working out what to write. The hotel was ok, nothing amazing, breakfast was decent, decor dated, needed a thorough clean and updating but I was deciding if 3/5 or 4/5 was a better grade until I saw how much we paid. I'm not sure why this one was so expensive but it was double the cost of the hotel we stayed in Ankara that was far nice and the same cost as the one we stayed in Galata. This hotel is not in a convenient neighbourhood, there is nothing decent in walking distance other than Hanimefende coffee which is fabulous. Otherwise the area is next to a dual carriageway and stinks of fish so you need a taxi to get anywhere. Staff at the hotel were lovely though.

Nice hotel close to the centre of Trabzon. Lot's of restaurants and cafés in the area. Room was well equiped, maybe little bit small for some people but we liked it. Friendly staff and owner also.

Descent

A descent hotel but a bit pricey for the service offered. Breakfast is very basic and the rooms are relatively small, turned to the main street, but it's ok for a couple of nights.

I had a great 2-night stay in a single room. Everything was very modern and the staff were helpful. There were hot and cold breakfast options, and the hot breakfast was different each day. The AC and the fridge worked well. It is in a great location and everything is very walkable. Some of the downsides were that the TV only had one English channel (that I could find) and the travel agency that the hotel promotes internally for day trips was 15 minutes late for a scheduled pick-up. Other than that, excellent stay!

Too expensive and noisy

Walls between rooms were paper thin, neighbours were heard through piping system also. A busy ringroad next to the hotel. Rooms were not cleant daily and floor was dirty. Traditional local breakfast only offered to Turkish people (to us after we stared at their eating ;) ). A few friendly smiles from the staff could not cover the fact that the hotel was too expansive for what it offered. The best thing was the old market behind it and day tours to Trabzon region they offered.

تجربة سيئة

حجزت للفندق من خلال هوتيل دوت كوم بعد ان قرأت عن التقيمات المرتفعة ولكن بعد نزولي في الفندق وجدته سيئا لا يستحق ربع القيمة التي دفعتها . الشئ المميز الوحيد الموظفون في الفندق غابة في الروعة ، يتعاملون مع نزلاء الفندق بشكل رائع ومستعدون دائما للخدمة وبشوشون دوما. غير ذلك الفندق بناءه قديم جدا وليس به مصعد والتكييف فيه سيئ جدا وروائح الحمام منبعثة منه بشكل سيئ جدا والغرفة التي نزلت فيها ليس بها نافذةوبها حشرات الغرفة تجهيزها بدائي جدا . بالتاكيد لن اعيد التجربة مرة ثانية بشكل عام لا انصح العوائل بالنزول في الفندق.
