“Positives:
The mountain and lake view was breathtaking. The price was reasonable for a summer weekend. The area around the property is walkable with a nice sidewalk, Parking was easy and convenient.
Weakness: The bath and shower area was dated. No elevator for the 2nd floor rooms. Steps are narrow for all of us with larger feet (difficult to navigate).”

“The staffs were world class, food was excellent with a lot of variety. The location can't be beat and the rooftop onsen was one of a kind experience. Taking a nice afternoon stroll along the lake was also very relaxing. The only problem was mostly the constant foul smell in our room, since we were only staying for the night, we didn't want to spend too much time worrying about it, but it did ruin our experience a little.”
