Extremely close to Toyama Station which is great when traveling with children. Walking distance to Kansui Park and connected to city by Tram Toyoko inn are like HolidayInn Express, breakfast, basic but great accommodation and convenient. Rooms are a bit small but manageable and amenities are included in case you forgot toothbrush, pijamas, slippers, razor, even laundry.

This is a great location for exploring Toyama and the alpine route. The hotel is right across from the station. The breakfast was amazing. My son is allergic to all nuts but almonds and he could eat there. Of course ask the staff first because the menu can change. They stored our luggage before check in. The room was clean and comfortable. Lastly the staff is absolutely amazing. Especially Okino. I accidentally left a medication I needed in the refrigerator. She made sure I recieved it even calling the next hotel I was at and working with them, which was not easy. And arranged all the delivery details. Then sent me the kindest note with the medication wishing me to take care of myself. I have never had a more accommodating staff.

We needed a quick and easy stop for a Shinkansen layover and this was perfect. We were traveling with 6 in our family and so we got 3 rooms so the kids could have their own beds. The service staff was impeccable. The room is small (compared to American standards) but the room felt perfect for sleeping overnight.

Perfect location for start of alpine route

Location is great, just 5 mins away from train station. Plenty of eateries as well Room feels comfortable & clean with aircon (not central). There is also water dispenser at the lobby which is good. Amenities given especially for skincare are excellent. They also provide luggage delivery service which is good if you are going to the alpine route highly recommended

The front desk staff were incredible! 👏 They work very hard to put you at ease despite the language barrier. They were very patient, kind, understanding, and very helpful.
