What an unexpectedly seamless stay! There was a shuttle bus that met us at the Shinkansen station that took us to the Onsen. When we arrived, we were ushered to a comfortable lobby for check-in. The bellman showed us the entire hotel and onsen, and walked us through our kimonos and slippers. Lovely breakfast, lovely rooms, lovely Onsen... and another free shuttle back to the Shinkansen station. We will definitely return!

舊式日本酒店，但經過重新裝修，但有些部分明顯有歲月痕跡，員工服務態度很好，餐點不錯。 似乎有旅行團入住，温泉比較多人使用

Excellent hot springs, food and room. The room was nice and clean. There are two major hot springs. One has many pools inside and outside which is nicely decorated with natural stones. The other one is inside and open 24h. It is really nice place to enjoy hot springs.

部屋は清潔で広い、ただ、快適ではあるが全体的に古い。 洗面所の水は蛇口を閉めても止まらなかった。 食事は悪くはないが、特別良くもない。夕食は、量は多めかちょうどいいくらい。 朝食はビュッフェだった、食べるものはたくさんあるが普通。 団体客が多いようで、会場は広い。 全体的なイメージは、 値段のわりには、、？という印象。

서비스와 가성비가 모두 좋은 곳

해당 지역의 다른 호텔과 비교해서 개인적으로 매우 만족스러운 호텔이었습니다. 가성비도 좋고 온천의 시설도 좋았습니다. 9월초 방문이었는데 일본 단체가 많았지만 붐빈다는 느낌은 없었습니다. 해당 지역에 가게 되면 다시 방문하고 싶습니다.

泊まりは最悪、風呂に入るだけの場所

建物、設備が古く、手入れがされていない。部屋の畳、家具も傷だらけでベランダのコンクリートも汚く、１泊24000日(朝食のみ)はどう考えても納得出来ず二度と利用しないと思いました。場所も不便な所で昼間に風呂に入りに行くだけの所で 宿泊は絶対お勧めしません。期待して行きましたが、家内共々がっかりです。

予約時より高額の宿泊費の請求

温泉はとても広くて気持ちが良く、プールも利用も出来ました。 ただ、予約時に、大人2人と子供2人で検索し、予約画面に大人2人、子供2人の表示がされた宿泊費を確認して予約しました。宿泊日の前日にホテルから連絡があり、「子供人当たり12000円かかります。」と連絡がありました。予約時に表示された価格は、大人分しか含まれていなかったとのことです。前日に連絡されても、既に家を出発しており、8月の混雑時期でキャンセルも変更もできない状態にありました。ホテルからも申し訳ないという、あやまりの弁もほとんどありませんでした。これからは、子供も含んだ総額を予約時にきちんと示していただきたいです。
