部屋はとても良かったです。綺麗に部屋の掃除がされていて清潔でした。服の消臭スプレー等があればいいのですが。近くに徒歩で行ける飲食店はほとんどなかったのが残念です。

初めて宿泊しました。バイクでお邪魔したのですが、当ホテルの地下に車と共同でバイク駐車場があります。車と違い駐車券がないので、ゲートから空いてるとこに、駐車する仕様です。駐車料金が800円/台(チェックアウト時にその場で支払い)かかりますが、雨に濡れないので満足度は高いです。ホテル内にもお店があり、鉄板焼、フレンチなど、高めなお店が多いです。周辺は飲み屋がありますが、20時以降に閉まるお店が多いので事前に調べてから宿泊することをおすすめします。　なお、今回はツインを選んだのですが、部屋が広めで8〜9畳ぐらいあり、部屋も綺麗で上品です。客室にもよりますが、イメージは、こんな感じです。 Hilton、マリオット>ホテルニューオータニ>東横イン、ルートイン>ファッションホテル

高岡で一番のﾎﾃﾙ駐車場が地下にありそのままチャックインができるのは便利今回はバイクでの利用でしたが地下駐車場は大切なバイクを雨ざらしにせずに済むのが一番の魅力です部屋も広く快適でした

シングルを利用しました。まずはお部屋が広いです。12階の高層階で景色が良かったです。とても静かでした。 4/22泊でちょっと気温が高い日でした。空調の暖房から冷房への切り替えがまだだということで、お部屋が暑かったら窓開けてくださいと申し訳なさそうにフロントの方に言われました。仕方ないですね💦窓開けました😓 朝食は宿泊してると3000円から2000円に割引されて、お得にいただけました♪ さすがニューオータニ、全部美味しかったです。高岡名物、富山名物、お店行かなくてもこの朝食で全部食べらる感じでした。 1つ1つがクオリティ高いです。食べすぎました^ ^ 次、高岡来たらまた泊まります😊

10月13日日曜日の1泊でしたが、駐車場の場所が分からなかったので玄関前に駐車したが、コーンが置いてあったために後続の車が入り車をどけてくれと言われました。係員はいなくて、コーンを移動し対処しました。事前に駐車場予約してあったのでその時に地下駐車場になることを教えておいてほしかった。

さすがニューオータニ、でもバスタオルは薄くてビジネスホテルレベル

ニューオータニブランドなので予約しましたが、残念ながらバスタオルはビジネスホテルレベルでした。朝食は素晴らしいレベル、食べ終えたお皿もすぐに下げていただけるなど最高のサービスでした！本当に残念なのは薄手のビジネスホテルレベルのバスタオルでした
