“Hide (owner) is such a kind and compassionate person. On arrival he gave us fruit and there were many snacks provided in the rooms. Many of the other days he would give us more fruit and then a lovely gift when we left. Every day he was so helpful in removing all the snow from our vehicle before we left for the ski fields. Hide is what makes this hotel such a pleasant place to stay. Thanks Hide, we loved staying with you!”

“酒店環境非常舒服,員工笑容親切,剛到步已出來協助幫忙拿行李,等待check in期間有welcome drink 提供, 房間內非常大及舒適整潔,員工有耐性心解說房間設備,笑容親切, 房間有私人風呂,只是有些小昆蟲, 可能是從室外飛進來,畢竟是在山區附近,但下次還會選擇住這間酒店”
