The only hotel I go to now in Townsville! Amazing staff, super clean and they even gave me a free upgrade of my room after being there a few times, I love this hotel! I forgot some items last time and they saved them, and were in my room when I arrived next. I appreciated this so much as the items weren’t cheap!

Excellent Hotel

Stayed here for the first time and loved it. Super clean and the lady on reception was amazing and helpful. The cleaning crew saw me coming out my room and asked if everything was ok with the room, you can really tell they take pride in their work and work to a high standard. I booked a one bedroom apartment. Room was super spacious with lots of storage space and a big balcony. Close to everything you need in Townsville. I stay in Townsville a lot and usually hotel hop but I think I’ve found my new regular. I have already booked to stay again.
