Good place, clean room, good view, my only gripe was the air conditioning unit was on the balcony, which made the balcony almost unusable due to the noise it created and the warm air it was blowing along the balcony

Reception staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Extra points to Paula who went out of her way to help me. I enjoyed staying there - the amenities were home from home, brilliant shower and the bed comfortable. My only complaint is that the settee was disgustingly dirty and stained/

My Go-To Hotel

The only hotel I go to now in Townsville! Amazing staff, super clean and they even gave me a free upgrade of my room after being there a few times, I love this hotel! I forgot some items last time and they saved them, and were in my room when I arrived next. I appreciated this so much as the items weren’t cheap!
