Terrible check in they said my card was declined not enough funds it had full funds locked my card out i had to contact the bank accomadation had already been paid. Bed was like cement shower leaked everywhere mould in shower 1 fork in the draw would recommend to stay there

I enjoyed the staff, easy checkin. However in the temperatures you get in Townsville- the AC and fan in the bedroom need to be fully working. Otherwise it was a great stay.

The picture in the website showed quite a nice good sized room.. The room was extremely small, I’d say snout 3m x 3.5n .. tiny! The only saving grace was it WAS clean.. but I will never stay there again.
