The room was lovely and clean. The shower excellent. The staff were great. The outside of the room was a bit dirty and the noise from the road a bit loud in the morning. Otherwise a great motel.

great place to stay !!

loved our accom here, very friendly and helpful staff. Room was spacious and comfy, bed a little soft for our liking btu that is just personal preference. Pool could have done with a cover over it but otherwise totallly recommend staying at Billabong !!

The room was clean and tidy. The bathroom vanity cupboard needing to be replaced. The draws had moisture damage so wouldn’t close properly. Bathroom wall paint is peeling due to water/moisture damage. Both didn’t affect my stay. The price was more than doubled due to the v8 super car race. Was not impressed with price considering the property hasn’t been updated nor was there a continental breakfast provided.

We came down for a quick stay to go to the Rugby Union. We were there early, the room wasnt ready, but they let us use the pool & amenities until it was ready. Beds were very clean, rooms tidy. Super convenient to everything.

Super comfy bed, convenient location close to all amenities, friendly staff, only complaint is that the iron in my room was old, needed cleaning and burnt my shirt as it stuck to the fabric (old iron surface), otherwise I will definitely stay here again

It is a great little place with very friendly and helpful staff. The place is neat and clean. However, the air conditioner was like a jet plane taking off! Kept the place cool, but at the cost of terrible noise all night!

Very much enjoyed my stay here. There was a fish n chip shop and a Chinese takeaway a mere three minute walk from the motel, so that was fine for a takeaway dinner. I’d be happy to stay here again. Great motel.
