Close to a bus stop which is nice, the staff members are around the building and not really present at the reception or a fixed place where you could find them. You can ring a bell at the front desk though. The kitchen and our room had everything one needs. Wasn't very clean but not very dirty either.

Great having washing machine facilities. Liked having the pool to use Large dining area, cleanliness in kitchen/eating area could have been better - maybe have a ckeaner empliyed rather than relying on occupants to mop floor erc. Bathroom facilities adequate but again could be regularly cleaned.cleaning. Out of your control - but other occupants not having any regard for others in same room - sorm a real clutter everyone's things all speead out - maybe less beds in room so storage areas more defined.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had the best possible experience. We were even picked up from the ferry terminal when public buses were not running due to flooding. Dinner in the upstairs dining area was a great opportunity to meet fellow guests/travellers
