“El servicio del personal fue muy amable, la habitación limpia, aunque en el tiempo que estuvimos no se aspiró, únicamente se cambiaron toallas y respiraban las camas. Una quedó mal tendida con las sábanas sueltas. El jacuzzi no estaba funcionando, información que no supimos y nos habría gustado disfrutar ese espacio. Los niños gozaron la alberca. Los restaurantes buenos. En general, agradable estacia.”

“Stay as far away as possible from this place. The rooms were very nice except for the fact there were NO incidental (like soap, shampoo) in the room. We had to ask for toilet paper. The biggest problem was the staff. My husband had booked 3 rooms and paid with credit card. Then they asked for a credit card for "incidentals", no charge, just a hold. All three rooms were charged for the entire room amount AFTER they had been paid. This staff had the audacity to tell us "they didn't make the...

“This hotel looks and smells brand new! Everything was absolutely spotless (this coming from a germaphobe who literally never says this about hotels. It was so clean and modern. The staff were very sweet too! It is right off the interstate but don’t let the stop you. It was very quiet.”
