The whole experience was exceptional. This is the biggest hotel I've stayed in. The bar was very cosy and the walls are covered in motorsport memorablia which was really cool. Food and drink were top notch. Room was spacious and comfortable and to finish, walking around the grounds, especially as the Silverstone racetrack is nearby was very enjoyable...

Used as a local hotel near the village of Silverstone for three nights. We were not interested in the spa facilities so can offer no views on those aspects. As a hotel, it is large and involves a lot of walking both outside and inside. Our room and bathroom was very well sized, though we had a plumbing problem which was attended to.

We stayed in Paddock and it was awful. there was a smell of sewage by the entrance door, right next to the window. The noise from the floor above was terrible and they were only walking around. Nobody offered to help with our bags. We had mice in the room. The food was rubbish. I contacted them and gave them the opportunity to make amends before I did the review ie a refund and they offered a return stay, as if the first time wasn`t bad enough.

Checking in could be better. We stayed for 2 nights to celebrate our anniversary. Was offered a small discount to upgrade room and that was it . Spa facilities was the best in this hotel 10/10. Breakfast also was very good . Everything else was average

two day business trip.

The Hotel its self and grounds are very nice, the room was adequate if a little dated however that is the style of this hotel the pool and amenities are great, but the food was expensive for what you got. Overall a good hotel and very clean.

Really comfy beds in the annex,. Whilst the room was very clean and fairly new, I stayed during a 30°C day which made it a little stuffy at night. A fan was provided but was quite toasty.

The hotel was very nice and the staff friendly and professional however i had booked a club room and when we checked in they tried to give us a regular double room.it was only because i queried then complained that they did anything about it once a manager got involved.Not really the behaviour you'd expect from this level of establishment. Really very disappointing and upsetting.
