Nice place to visit

We were happy with our stay at the Quality Inn in Towanda. The people were friendly, the place was comfortable and clean, and they had a nice free breakfast. Overall we would definitely stay there again some day.

Facility was well maintained and looked nice. Breakfast was excellent. What was unappealing was the pool was closed and had a sign saying "Due to COVID" dated in 2020. That is nonsense. If they don't want to maintain the pool, take it off the amenities. Beds need replaced. There were body sized "sinkholes" in both beds in our room. At least a 3-4 inch dip. They were not comfortable. Get the pool functioning, and replace the beds and it would be a 5 star rating.

Side door to hoteknot able to be locked and no card reader to restrict access. Breakfast COLD. Ice machine shutshut off on our floor. Signs for additional penalty charge signs everywhere. Good for the price paid

Hotel is in a great location and is very clean. The staff is friendly and accomodating. The breakfast items ran out quickly on both days we stayed there, so come 2 hours before breakfast ends. Also, the floors squeak and room is not soundproof, so try to get a room on the 3rd floor.

Breakfast was cold & unappetizing. No one cleaned room after 1st night. I had even asked about towels getting picked up. The entire place needs upgrading. We have come there since first opening day over 30 years ago. Many family members have gone per our review. We will never back. We travel there 3-4 times annually.

The hotel itself is well-kept. Looking out the door in the breakfast area you look right at a mediocre residential home that is pretty close to the hotel (no fence between), and in the background is a fast food place and other businesses. Still felt pretty safe though.

The place that we stayed was very comfortable. Outside, I was looking for a place to sit and enjoy the view but there was no place to sit. Also, there is no place to walk.

I was disappointed to find the pool empty. The room was great and well laid out. The staff we met everywhere within the hotel was A+ for many reasons. The only reason it didn't score higher was the overuse of carpet fresh/cleaner... The smell was intense through out the hotel, but our room was really heavy with it and being a cpap user---I could "taste" the powder through my machine. Even so- we will probably be returning - mostly because of your great staff we encountered in every job function.

There was not abundant trace of breakfast items on nice and fresh. The staff was friendly and the person who checked us in was very welcoming. I think his name was something like Reynea. Forgive me for the spelling. We enjoyed our two nights’ stay. We were very satisfied with the amount of shopping we could do at thrift stores and got quite a few items.
