This property is a seniors independent living facility, however the rooms were immaculately clean and staff were extremely friendly, helpful and forthcoming with information. The location ensured a peaceful nights sleep for our family of four.

Les chambres sont dans une rĂ©sidence senior. L’état de l’appartement est excellent trĂšs propre. Malheureusement le petit dĂ©jeuner est servi en chambre une fois que les Ă©tages sont servis. Ce n’est pas un petit dĂ©jeuner continental, trĂšs peu de choses Ă  proposer. Je ne recommande pas cet Ă©tablissement

Nous sommes trÚs satisfaits de notre séjour, les appartements sont grands et trÚs bien entretenus. Nous avons eu une panne de voiture nous obligeant à rester plusieurs jours de plus sur place et le personnel a été trÚs arrangeant. Nous recommandons.

Quelques services à améliorer

Mon séjour s'est bien passé mais il n'y a pas d'accueil vraiment dédié à l'appart'hÎtel mais plus pour la résidence sénior donc pour le rÚglement, cela n'a pas été simple. Le petit déjeuner dans la chambre, c'est pas trÚs sympathique et entre 7h30 et 8h pour un séjour d'affaires, c'est un peu tard. Pour terminer le logement n'est pas équipé d'un sÚche cheveux !

.. Si vous cherchez Zenao Appart’hĂŽtel Blagnac sur le net vous ne trouvez aucun numĂ©ro, que des mails, j’ai passĂ© 15 minutes Ă  le chercher et Ă  demander aux gens autour de moi si il connaissait cet hĂŽtel
. C’est en allant dans ma rĂ©servation que j’ai trouvĂ© « contacter l’hĂŽtel » et que j’ai donc pu tomber sur une dame qui rigolait du fait que je ne trouve pas alors que c’était tellement simple, il a fallu qu’elle me fasse coucou par une fenĂȘtre car elle ne connaissait pas le nom non plus
 Sinon l’appartement Ă©tait bien

À ma grande surprise, il s’agit d’un Ă©tablissement pour personnes ĂągĂ©es. Je suis arrivĂ© le soir et les personnes, qui m’ont accueilli, bien que trĂšs gentille, semblait nĂ©ophyte, et n’avait pas la rĂ©ponse Ă  toutes mes questions. Le lendemain matin, je n’avais personne pour Ă©diter la facture L’établissement est impeccable au niveau propretĂ© et il est refait Ă  neuf.
