Good stay for a weekend

Nice and clean, AC not working the first 2 days but eventually we got the heating on. Convinient small kitchenett. Nice restaurants nearby. A large mirror next to the bed. A good stay for a weekend.

The property is very secure and safe, quite clean, staff are polite and kind. There is not much at all to do in Colomiers however it is fairly easy to get into Toulouse on weekdays by train or bus. Our only problem is our phone wasn't working so we had to go down to speak to reception which wasn't a problem as they were so helpful and accessible.

When I pulled up it looked like the hotel was closed. There was a dumpster full of trash out front and a lot of trash around the building in general. The phone number provided by hotels.com did not connect me to the person who could check us in. Only a few rooms in this building are being used as a hotel. The rest of it is being used as an apartment building.

TrĂšs déçue. J'aimais bien venir ici car pratique d'accĂšs et restauration accessible Ă  pied. En plus les appartements sont agrĂ©ables et bien Ă©quipĂ©s. Mais franchement ce n'est plus possible de venir ici. Les familles qui vivent lĂ  Ă  l'annĂ©e sont sans gĂȘne. Du bruit jusque trĂšs tard. Enfants qui jouent et crient sur le parking sous les fenĂȘtres, gens qui crient. Je n'ai pas eu l'impression d'ĂȘtre Ă  l'hĂŽtel mais au cƓur d'une citĂ©. Franchement je suis dĂ©solĂ© mais Ă  ce stade lĂ  on ne peut plus faire hĂŽtel. Des gens qui travaillent et se lĂšvent tĂŽt ce n'est pas compatible avec les habitants Ă  l'annĂ©e qui ne sont pas du tout respectueux et trĂšs bruyant. HabituĂ© de cet hĂŽtel, qu’elle n’a pas Ă©tĂ© ma surprise de dĂ©couvrir que suite au changement de propriĂ©taire, l’hĂŽtel fait Ă©galement de l’hĂ©bergement social. Ce ne serait pas un problĂšme si de nombreuses personnes semblent « rĂŽder » sur le parking. À l’intĂ©rieur de l’hĂŽtel tout est bien plus bruyant. Pour ma part beaucoup de bruit jusqu’à 2 du matin. Le seul point fort c’est l’équipe qui n’a pas changĂ©. DĂšs mon arrivĂ©e ils m’ont expliquĂ© la situation. C’était donc ma derniĂšre fois ici. En tout cas jusqu’à ce que le propriĂ©taire fasse un choix diffĂ©rent. Ici il faudrait faire un choix, soit ne faire que des logements sociaux soit ĂȘtre un hĂŽtel.
