My late arrival was no problem, property has everything I need for short stay (room plus breakfast) didn't need the kitchen option this time. Just across from rail and bus stations, well lit area at night. As solo female traveller that's a priority. No time for the spa this visit but on previous visits I can recommend a soak in the jacuzzi to get rid of travelling aches.

Bad value for money

I do not consider this as hotel. Housekeeping is not available. And they ask you to pay a deposit that is not mentioned here. They also ask you to take your trash before you leave & clean kitchen !

Ok but staff could be more friendly and helpful

The rooms were clean and modern. Beds were comfortable but pillows not. The shower over the bath was very difficult to use and slippery. The staff were not very friendly nor accommodating in either early checkin (which we were happy to pay for) or trying to get our two rooms closer together.

First night was quiet. The gentleman that checked us in was lovely. 2nd night absolutely terrible we could hear footsteps, thumping, toilers flushing. We asked front desk to help us - no help at all!!! She got frustrated at me because I did not speak French. I am in your country for a World Cup event full of tourists, no respect at all and not helpful - I felt as though they looked down on me because I was not from there. Not happy with the customer service or overall experience at this hotel very disappointed

This property is definitely not a 4 star property. The room was fine, very large especially by European standards. I used the laundry facilities but that made them smell worse than before I washed them. They do not service rooms, so no new towels, no extra toilet paper, etc. They also require you to take out your own trash, which is wild and something I’ve never had to do at any place I have stayed. They should advertise the lack of room refreshing. It is common now for it to only be upon request, but it is only happens here after 8 days.
