Excellent hotel in almost all aspects. Great service, AC, breakfast, location, staff and price. The only minus was the lack of elevator, but we didnt mind the extra exercise. Highly recommended, really value for money.

Good location.

The hotel is very basic but ideally located for Capitole Square and getting to and from the airport. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful.

El ewtacionamiento es relevante, no disponer de estacionamiento con el sistema público hace muy complejo alojar en el centro de Toulouse. El baño no tiene puerta, en su lugar hay una cortina de género que resta privacidad. Habitación pequeña para 3 personas, aunque es lo mínimo

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, but not all of them are. The decor was stripped down and worn out. But the bathroom had a tub which is a huge plus for me.

This is my second stay. The staff are superior. Let’s be clear. This is a tourist class hotel as a tourist hotel. They’ve simply done a superior job. I read reviews for travelers are holding a tourist class to the standard of the plaza. This is stupid. When I return to Toulouse, I will stay here again.

Hi value tourist hotel in a great location

This is an old school, charming hotel. In a great part of Toulouse. Staff are excellent. I made the error of not realizing that they do not have an elevator. But the front desk staff without being prompted, offered to carry my bag to my room. Given my challenges with the stairs, this was much appreciated. I take responsibility for not knowing that there was no elevator.

O hotel é bem central, me locomovi todo o tempo a pé.A propria cidade já te convida a conhecê-la caminhando. O apartamento standart é um das piores coisas que eu já vi. 1⁰ box sujo e a drenagem era péssima, com.a água acululando no chão 2⁰ obox era tao pequeno que uma pessoa maior malconsegue se mexer 3⁰ acortina do box era suja, e era necessario colocar alguma coisa para mantê-la dentro do box, senão o restante dobanheiro enxargava, 4⁰ ovaso sanitario tem uma posição meio oblíqua 5⁰ o banheiro não tem porta: tem umacortina preta. O quarto, eu sabia que era pequeno, mas naotinha uma mesinha de cabeceira: improvisei empurrando a cama e deixando-a encostada na parede. Só tinha tomada de um lado da cama. O colchão afundado na divisa do meio com a lateral.Nao tinha suporte para abrir mala. O armario tinha cabide ,mas tinham que ficar lateralizados. A TV,mais parecia tela de conputador. Enfim, tirando o atendimento, pois todos os funcionários foram muito gentis e atenciosos, não recomendo a estadia

L'hotel a été correctement redécoré dans un style très contemporain, j'aime beaucoup. toutefois, dans ma chambre, la salle de bain laisse apparaitre des traces de moisissure dans les joints du carrelage, et les toilettes en sanibroyeur c'est bof. Sinon, les draps et serviettes sont propres et le lit est très confortable. La chambre est très bien agencée avec des placards et un petit bureau. et la chambre ne donnant pas sur la roue était très calme. Il est possible de prendre de l'eau chaude gratuitement à l'accueil, toutefois, il faut prévoir son sachet de thé perso sinon c'est payant. très proche de la place du capitole (3 minutes à pied), nombreux mode de restauration tout autour (resto rapide ou brasserie) et proche de la station Jeanne d'Arc (5 minutes à pied maxi).
