A l’arrivé on a voulu me refaire payer tout mon sejour, si je disais rien que j’avais pas regarder mon compte juste avant d’arriver bah on me faisait tout re payer .. les toilettes était inaccessible à cause d’une forte odeur intenable. Les toilettes et la salle de bain sont dans des genres de « placards » tout en plastique .. mise à part ça les lits étaient bien.

1 nuit à Toulouse

Hôtel conforme à son standing: petit lavabo dans la chambre, peu de prises électriques. La douche et les toilettes manquent d'aération et il y avait une odeur d'égouts. Mais le personnel est très compétent et souriant, il y a 1 parking (avec bornes recharge électriques). Petit déjeuner simple mais correct. Pas de bruit, propre. Literie correcte. Cité de l'espace juste en face.

Je savais quel type d'hotel cela pouvait etre, j'y ai sejourné 4 nuits, et des la 1ere nuir j'ai signalé que le tuyau d'arrivée d'eau de la douche fuyait beaucoup, et il n'y a eu aucune réparation. De plus, malgré une reelle propreté, l'odeur d'urine dans les toilettes etait fort désagréable. Il me semble que meme pour un hotel modeste, ce genre d'incident ne devrait pas arriver. désolée.
