J'ai l'habitude de séjourner dans cet hÎtel quand je viens à Toulouse et j'ai jamais été déçue. Mon dernier séjour c'est comme les autres trÚs bien passée, seul petit bémol les cinq marches pour accéder au couloir menant à la chambre et la salle d'eau assez petite notamment la douche difficile d'accÚs. Le personnel est toujours d'une grande gentillesse et d'une grande serviabilité, ils savent trÚs bien accueillir les clients et que dire du personnel chargé du ménage, ils sont tous au top. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

Zona strategica e personale molto gentile ma di per sù le camere sono vecchie. Al check-in mi hanno cominciato che l’aria condizionata era rotta con 38° fuori. Hanno munito la camera di un ventilatore molto vecchio che si ù surriscaldato subito. Ho passato notte in bianco dal caldo

SĂ©jour Pro, pratique pour RDV matin en centre-ville. Bon accueil, parking public payant juste en face de l'hĂŽtel 31€ / 24H (zone piĂ©tonne, parking obligatoire. C'est le cĂŽtĂ© positif, par contre chambre dĂ©cevante, RDC aucune vue, ça doit ĂȘtre une des chambres les plus moche de l'hĂŽtel, surement Ă  cause d'avoir rĂ©servĂ© par hotels.com, aucune prise de courant (la seule est utilisĂ© par la toute petite TV, donc obligĂ© de la dĂ©brancher pour brancher son ordinateur, pas de prise vers table de chevet, il y a quand mĂȘme une prise dans la mini SDB qui permet de charger son smartphone) prĂ©voir une multiprise Pas pris le Pdj, plusieurs cafĂ©s dans le secteur. Wifi ok

L’emplacement est superbe pour profiter de la plupart des attraits de la ville Ă  pieds avec tout plein de shoppings et de restos Ă  proximitĂ©. Seul petit bĂ©mol pour moi personnellement, la chambre est sombre car elle ne donne pas sur l’extĂ©rieur mais c’est frĂ©quent en Europe. Bon petit dĂ©jeuner sur place!

Manque de propretĂ© notamment les rideaux de la chambre. Cela sent mauvais dans l’ascenseur et chambre limite. Il fait froid dans la salle de bain car chauffage uniquement dans la chambre. En revanche, personnel trĂšs sympathique et souriant. L’hĂŽtel est idĂ©alement placĂ© car prĂšs du mĂ©tro et des sites Ă  visiter. Bilan mitigĂ© mais pour une nuit et le prix proposĂ©, cela convient.

Le nettoyage de la chambre n’était fait qu’à moitiĂ©.. de la poussiĂšre, le rideau de douche pas propre. L’eau avait beaucoup de difficultĂ© Ă  s’écouler. ProblĂšme d’humiditĂ© dans la chambre. The hotel's location is great. It is opposite the indoor market and surrounded by lots of bars and restaurants. Unfortunately, that also meant that there was a lot of outside noise at night (probably as it was a Saturday night!), but the location definitely outweighed the negatives for me.

The location is central, but it is right above a restaurant, which can be busy if you want to have the windows open. However, the double windows block the noise very well. Parking is not on site, but it's nearby. The room was a bit on the small side, but comfortable. The bathroom was functional but could definitely do with new paint (it was peeling off the ceiling) and new caulking in the shower.
