Das Hotel ist einfach, aber sauber und der Service sehr freundlich und bemüht. Hervorragend für Kurzübernachtungen, weil in Fußnähe zum Hauptbahnhof Toulouse.

Nous avons de nouveau apprécié notre séjour dans votre hôtel, offrant un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Cependant, nous avons constaté quelques points à améliorer : la literie, manifestement déformée (probablement due à une utilisation intensive par des personnes de forte corpulence), nécessiterait un remplacement urgent, de même que le pommeau de douche, dont le fonctionnement est défaillant. Nous envisageons malgré tout un prochain séjour, en espérant des améliorations significatives.

The visit to Hotel D'orsay was disappointing. The good thing about the hotel is its proximity to Gare Matabiau. The staff—I cannot complain at all—were all very nice and helpful. But the bed was very uncomfortable, the shower was weird, and the toilet seat was also something else.

Annulation après être entré dans la chambre...

Arrivée à l hôtel ras - accueil efficace et sympathique. Après remise des clefs on m informe qu il n y a pas de télé dans la chambre suite à une problème de satellite. Je prétexte que ce ne me dérange pas mais finalement la forme est sommaire et rien à faire et pas d autres services proposés. Je redescends souhaitant annuler ma résa et changer d hôtel. Finalement on me propose une autre chambre au même étage qui devait avoir la télé. Finalement toujours pas. Taches sur le couvre lit et vue sur un échafaudage. Photo non conforme à celles sur hôtel.com. j ai donc changé d hôtel bien qu hôtel.com n est rien voulu faire pour me rembourser la première nuit car la personne de l accueil a mentionné que j étais rentré dans la chambre. Je ne me suis pas instayni même retiré la veste. Déçu de l hôtel et de hôtel.com dans la même occasion.

Thanks to the hotel guest, we had the opportunity to early check-in. Comfort in the room was a bit disappointing, compared to the beautiful pictures posted on the web (small room, curtain fixation missing). It was too warm in the room (25°C, had to open window, AC was not functioning).
