Very good stay for a flight

About as simple and functional as a room could be but it was clean, had comfortable beds, and cool air conditioning. Plus it’s a 5 minute walk to the airport. Great value for a one night stay to catch a morning flight. We’d stay again. At this price, I’m surprised people are expecting much more.

Bare bones hotel near airport

This is a bare bones hotel close to the airport. Rooms are only serviced every six days, it is geared to long stays. Very expensive for what it is. The room has a small kitchenette, small living with tiny TV, small bedroom. Good wifi.

The hotel and room were clean and comfortable but it is situated in the middle of construction. The restuarant was closed. I would describe the set up as basic

I didn't really panic when I saw the first cockroach. After the second one around 11 pm, I went to the front desk to ask for another room. The receptionist called the owner, who asked the receptionist to verify that there were, in fact, cockroaches. When we got back to the room, there were cockroaches all over. I got my stuff packed and sat in the reception area, hoping that they had not gotten into my suitcase. Apparently, the owner wanted to put me in another room in the same area of the hotel - their reasoning was that no other guests had complained about cockroaches, so they must have been only in that one room. At that point, I would have preferred to sleep in the lobby and started looking for another hotel, which was not easy, as it was already midnight. The receptionist expected a call from the owner to make a decision. At around 12.30 am, the receptionist decided that the owner was asleep, so she moved me to another room in the main building, which seemed to have no cockroaches.

Cheap and basic

A series of motel type rooms down narrow passages with basic but functional rooms with small double beds. The breakfast was good value for money.

Emplacement idéal pour une nuit en transfert a l'aéroport de blagnac (+-300m ) excellente réception, chambre au rez de chaussez, très propre ,lit très confortable, pour ma part ,ce n'est pas la 1°fois et je n'ai jamais été déçu

M'entendrez vous ?

L'hôtel pratique, bien placé, correct pour le prix, quand je prends l'avion pour qques jours en venant du fin fond de ma campagne ( parc régional du haut languedoc ).L'absence de bouchon dans la baignoire est un peu mesquin, l'éco-responsabilité a bond dos. Réceptionnistes très pros. Une demande de caution de 100 euros : nouveauté inadmissible, je n'étais pas prévenue et surtout, rien ne le justifie, dans le contenu des chambres, dans mes horaires d'arrivée et de départ, dans le fait d'être une habituée de l'hôtel associé au parking boxx in . Cela pose d'emblée un mauvais climat/ esprit entre la direction et ses clients, qui pèse injustement sur les réceptionnistes qui n'ont aucune marge de manoeuvre. Bien dommage quand on embauche des personnes de qualité de n'en faire que des exécuteurs sans aucun pouvoir.Quid de l'éco-responsabilité en matière de ressources humaines ?? Dernière question : la direction du Mercure prendra-t-elle soin de ses clients de bourses moyennes et de la reconversion de son personnel dans sa prévisible expansion ou misera-t-elle encore et tjrs sur le gain et la rentabilité d'une clientèle d'un autre standing ?

This hotel has been newly renovated, or seems so. The rooms are small, but very clean and adequate. Each room also has a small loft which would be great for those younger than us!
